Error: An error has occurred while
connecting to the requested resource
The error in the web interface 5.4 console could of many reason. If the XenApp Server is not license properly and showing load 10000 then also you will get this error. If you are trying to access legacy farm application from web interface 5.4 console, you will get this error.
In our case users are trying to access aplication from Xenapp Servers and servers are licensed properly. On
investigation it has been found that server has been removed from the load
balancing and not accepting any connections due to a Health Monitoring
Test failure. You can verify the same using "qfarm /LBoff" or "qfarm /online" command from XenApp server.
To enable the load
balancing of the servers reboot the server or run the command “enablelb” from
the server. You an run this enable lb command from other XenApp server of the farm.
