Getting "Access is Denied" error
while trying to login to Xenapp6 Server
The user
cannot authenticate because the Kerberos token that is generated during
authentication attempts has a fixed maximum size and it’s exceeded the maximum
value. To get rid of this issue increase the Kerboros MaxToken Size in the XenApp6 Server.
To increase the Kerberos token value we have
to modify Registry.
Here are the steps to do that:
2.
Go to
the registry path System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters
3.
If this
key "MaxTokenSize " is not present, create the key
4.
Right-click
Parameters, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
5.
Name the
registry entry "MaxTokenSize".
6.
Right-click
"MaxTokenSize", and then click Modify.
7.
Under
Base, click Decimal.
8.
Type
65535, and then click OK
